Points, levels and rewards are in every business type on Fidelect but one. Clinics and practices get no loyalty programme, and that's a deliberate choice.
Care shouldn't come with incentives
A free reward for coming back works for a haircut. For care, a patient's visits should follow their needs and their practitioner's advice, not a points balance. So clinics get no points and no offers.
What clinics get instead
- Practitioner calendars and appointment requests.
- A reception view of who's expected, here or running late.
- Recalls: patients due back for a follow-up, with reminders.
- Family and guardians: parents can ask for appointments for a child they look after.
Administrative, not clinical
Fidelect keeps a clinic's front office: appointments, contacts and the people a patient looks after. It holds no clinical notes or medical records, and patient details are seen only by the staff who need them.
Patients still use the same Fidelect app as for every other place, with their clinic's appointments beside their salon's bookings.
