About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Fidelect app and websites, the business workspace or the driver portal. By using Fidelect, you agree to them and to our guidelines.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time.
For customers
Fidelect is free for customers. Each place runs its own programme: its points, rewards, levels and their rules are set by the place, and the place is responsible for its services, prices and rewards.
For businesses
- You're responsible for your services, prices, offers and the messages you send, and for having your clients' yes before sending them offers.
- Plans and prices are those of our plan catalogue when you choose them. You can change your plan from your settings.
- Fidelect records how each visit or order was paid. It doesn't process card payments.
- Your business's data stays yours, and you can export it.
Acceptable use
Use Fidelect lawfully and as our guidelines describe. Don't misuse points, rewards or invitations, try to reach other people's data, or disrupt the service.
The service
We work to keep Fidelect available and secure, and we keep improving it, so features may change. If a change takes away something you rely on, we'll tell you ahead of time.
Suspension
We may limit or suspend an account or a business that breaks these terms or our guidelines, or to protect other people using Fidelect.
Responsibility
Fidelect is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, or for what a business does or offers.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to how you use Fidelect, we'll tell you before it applies.
