Fidelect is a product of Galvn Labs LLC ("Galvn", "we", "us"). We are a US technology company that builds AI and software solutions for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites, the Fidelect admin platform, customer portal, Fidelect mobile app, Fidelect Driver mobile app, and APIs (collectively, the "Services").
Who We Are
Galvn Labs LLC owns and operates the Fidelect brand and Services.
Scope
This policy applies to:
- Website visitors
- Business users of the admin platform
- End customers using customer portals and the mobile app
- Invited drivers using Fidelect Driver on behalf of a participating business
- API and integration usage
Information We Collect
- Account and organization information: name, email, company, role, contact details.
- Customer loyalty data: names, emails, phone numbers, purchase history, points, tiers, rewards, referrals, redemptions, and messages created within loyalty programs.
- Billing and payment information: billing contact details and transaction metadata (payment processing is handled by third-party providers).
- Support and communications: messages, tickets, call notes, and feedback you provide.
- Usage and log data: IP address, device type, browser/app version, pages/events, diagnostics, and error logs.
- Mobile app data: device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, locale, QR/Barcode scans, camera uploads (such as receipts), and permission status. Biometric authentication is handled by your device and not stored by us.
- Driver operations and precise location: when an invited driver goes on duty, Fidelect Driver collects precise foreground and background location, accuracy, heading, speed, and capture time. We also process duty status, assigned organization and branch, delivery status, route progress, and operational diagnostics. Background location may continue while the app is closed or not in use and stops when the driver goes off duty or signs out, subject to normal device behavior.
- Delivery and proof data: delivery addresses and contact details made available to the assigned driver; recipient name; delivery PIN result; proof photograph; recipient signature strokes; delivery notes; cash-at-handoff confirmation; and GPS evidence associated with the handoff. Do not include unnecessary personal information in free-text notes or photographs.
- Cookies and analytics: cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.
- Integrations: data you connect from POS, e-commerce, marketing, or other third-party systems.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Services, including loyalty programs, points, tiers, rewards, campaigns, messaging, POS screens, and analytics.
- Assign deliveries, show pickup and customer details, share live delivery progress with the participating business and assigned customer, verify handoff requirements, maintain delivery history, and send operational alerts.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Respond to requests, provide support, and communicate important updates.
- Improve performance, develop new features, and maintain reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Our Role (Controller vs Processor)
- For business accounts, including invited driver accounts and delivery records, the participating business generally controls the operational and customer data. Fidelect processes that data as a service provider.
- For website visitors and direct Fidelect communications, Galvn Labs LLC acts as the data controller.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information:
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, communications, payments, and support).
- With the business that operates the loyalty program you joined.
- With the participating business that invited a driver and, where needed to provide delivery tracking, with the customer assigned to that delivery.
- With integration partners you enable.
- If required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Driver location points and delivery proofs are retained according to the participating business's configured operational and legal requirements. Push tokens remain active until they are disabled, invalidated, or the driver signs out. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Drivers should first contact the participating business that invited them because that business generally controls their work account and delivery records. You may also contact [email protected]. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
