Most of the messages a busy salon or studio sends are the same every week. Fidelect can send them on its own, at the right moment, in each client's language. Here are the five we'd switch on first.
1. Booking confirmation
Sent as soon as a booking is confirmed, with the service, the time and the place. Clients stop calling to check.
2. Visit reminder
Sent the day before the visit. It's the single best way to cut no-shows, and clients can move their booking instead of simply not coming.
3. Come back
A friendly nudge some weeks after a visit, when it's time for the next one. For a haircut, 42 days is a good start; adjust it to your services.
4. Points earned and reward ready
If you run a loyalty programme, tell clients what they just earned, and when a reward is ready. A reward someone knows about gets used.
5. Happy birthday
On the client's birthday, a short message, and an offer if you like. Clients give their birthday themselves, day and month only.
Who gets them
Updates about a client's own bookings always reach them. News and offers only go to clients who said yes, and they can say no at any time; Fidelect checks this for you before anything is sent.
Switch on two or three, watch what they do for a month in Follow-ups, then add the rest.
